I create a lesson plan based on the current or upcoming lessons of my students, and start by teaching them fundamentals through personally created teaching materials. Then, I gauge their understanding of the lesson with a basic seatwork or quiz. I will then check these tests and if there are mistakes, teach them what they did wrong and how to do it properly.
