Hello! My name is Shanice, I am a passionate English teacher from the UK. I currently work in an international school with five years of teaching experience. I possess two bachelor's degrees in Education and Business. I aspire to create student-centered learning environments in which the student is in the driving seat of their own learning. I believe each student is unique and endeavor to help them achieve their highest potential. Teaching is my passion and I relish helping students achieve their goals. I completed my PGCE in 2017 and taught languages in the UK before moving to Penang, Malaysia. I have taught iGCSE ESL for three years and IELTS for two years. Currently, I teach English in a bilingual school in Bangkok. I have experience teaching languages to a range of age groups, from primary school children to adults. During my Year Abroad, I taught English to primary school students as a British Council Language Assistant in Orleans, France. I am earning a bachelor’s of arts in Studio Art and Psychology at the University of Guelph.
