I am a Spanish bilingual certified TEFL teacher, interested in working with adults in general, business English and children. I graduated from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid with a degree in English Philology. I am also a certified translator from English into Spanish with a wide experience in different specialized fields and certified Teacher of Spanish as a second language.

I have taught English in the college classroom for 10 years. I have a PhD in English, live and teach in Chicago, and love to work with students one-on-one. Learning new language or writing skills should be a positive and productive experience!

My majors are English and Psychology so I feel I am well equipped to tutor and English as a subject. I tutor Afrikaans first additional language as well. After my postgraduate diploma in education (which I will attain next year) I will pursue my passion for children and teach primary school, foundation phase.
