I graduated with an MEng Honours degree in Materials Science from the University of Oxford. I have experience tutoring international school students in science and mathematics, following the UK Curriculum, in Hong Kong. My name is Frank (Lifu), I am 23 years old. I immigrated to Canada when I was just 10 years old. I completed my bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at McMaster University with a 3.7/4.0 GPA. I recently took a full-time position with a top structural engineering consulting firm in Hong Kong. I am very passionate in inspiring the young generation and enjoy teaching others. Hi! I’m a physics enthusiast currently completing the final semester of my MSc in Theoretical Physics at Utrecht University. My research focuses on galaxy-galaxy gravitational lensing in collaboration with the DESC and LSST-Rubin teams, and I’m preparing to continue to a PhD in astrophysics, where I’ll also take on teaching assistant duties. Tutoring is something I already enjoy — it lets me share my enthusiasm for maths and physics while further developing my teaching skills.
