My name is Rose and I am a native English tutor. I am a Year 4 undergraduate student at The University of Hong Kong pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Previously, I completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma. I started teaching English as a volunteer teacher at SpeakHub HK back in 2018. In this role, I primarily focused on helping primary students (Grade 3-4) from local schools develop speaking proficiency and confidence. In 2022, I started tutoring secondary school students (Grade 6-7) enrolled in IBMYP and similar curriculums. These students had varied goals, such as improving creative writing and expanding their English vocabulary. I am available for online or in-person English tutoring (preferably on HK Island). My hourly rate is negotiable and can be adjusted based on the individual learning needs and goals of the student.

My name is Anawe Tsibani, and I am currently a second-year student at the University of Pretoria, where I am studying towards a Bachelor of Education degree. I offer tutoring in Intermediate Phase and Grade 7 Mathematics, English, and FET Geography. My name is Mrs. Marica Chan, and I have taught English as a native English teacher (NET) in HK primary and secondary schools for all areas of English, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and phonics. I have experience with DSE, DSS, ESF, and international (IB, IGCSE, GCEAL) syllabus/curriculum for over 12 years, in addition to 8 years of tutoring which includes preparation for external international English exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and CAMBRIDGE. I specialize in speech training, including public speaking, debate, and interviews. I have also worked as a psychotherapist and counselor in Canada, focusing on childhood education and development. Furthermore, I am able to provide tips for other subjects, as half of my current tutorial students' parents are school teachers. I have successfully helped students gain admission to Hong Kong's top 10 schools, including St. Paul's, DGS, DBS, Ying Wa, Wah Yan, Heep Yun, La Salle, Lam Woo, Maryknoll, St. Mary, as well as ESF and international schools. I am only available for part-time online lessons being currently in Canada at about US$40/hr for all levels.

I graduated from De La Salle University-Manila with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education Major in Early Childhood Education (Honors: Magna Cum Laude) and am a Licensed Professional Teacher. Currently, I am teaching in Singapore. Since 2014, I have been working as a private and online tutor for preschool and elementary students in various subject areas, including foreign students learning the English language.

I went to Chinese International School for high school and grew up speaking predominantly English! I love working with children and have been teaching English, maths, geography, and swimming for the past 3 years now! I currently live in Sai Kung but coach swimming at Shrewsbury International School in Lohas Park. I am also able to travel near Causeway Bay, Sai Kung, and TKO.
