I am an American executive living in Bangkok with a strong background in teaching and mentoring students in Mathematics, Predictive Analytics, and Probability & Statistics.

I have a passion for teaching students. I use creative, motivational, and fun techniques to keep students engaged. Students will learn faster, learn more, and retain more under my tutelage. I am a Subject Matter Expert in the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment verticals with deep skills in Digital Transformation, Omnichannel, Content Creation, Clickstream Analysis, and Customer Satisfaction. I have helped pioneer mobile market segmentation and mobile analytics. I use various predictive analytics and predictive modeling techniques to better understand and predict digital user behaviour.

I am a graduate of the elite United States Military Academy at West Point and received my Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in English Literature. I also hold a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D in Counseling Psychology. I have authored and published several short stories, poetry, prose, business articles, lifestyle, and personal development stories, blogs, Op-Eds, and more.
