I am a prospective student at UCL Laws (I have deferred my entry to 2021 due to the Covid-19 situation), and have been studying in the UK for the past 4 years. I am willing to tutor Year 3-8 English/ Mathematics.

In my GCSEs, I have attained 11 A*s including 9 in English Literature/ Mathematics and an 8 in English Language (which is equivalent to an A*). As for my A-Levels I have achieved A*AA in my final grades.

I have been tutoring two Primary school students (Year 3 and 6) English reading and writing for a while, primarily focusing on improving their English pronunciations and vocabulary. Instead of doing endless exam-drilling exercises, I like to focus on helping students develop a set of skills/ methods that allows them to revise more efficiently and effectively, especially in English. As for older pupils, I like to help them devise and establish their own unique ways of learning/ revision, and teach them how to approach certain types of exam questions.
