My name is Emily - I'm an MFA student in an interactive media arts program in Brooklyn with an MA in Theatre History and Criticism and undergraduate degrees in Comparative Literature and French. I am active in the arts scene in New York and in the broader academic scene in the states, having presented at conferences along the East Coast. I am an experienced writer in all types of different styles and am comfortable with both creative and professional content, so I would love to help with essays or creative writing assignments (I am weirdly excited by new projects of that kind). Additionally, I do SAT / GRE (etc.) verbal sections, as I scored well but understand how foreign these tests can feel at times. I'm also an experienced English as second (or third or fourth) language teacher and would be interested in working with students in this context, especially French speakers as I am an advanced learner French myself.
