My name is Ellen, A TEFL certified freelance ESL teacher from the Philippines. I teach English as Second Language online to students from non-English speaking countries. I also tutored K12 students and assist them in answering the modules for over a year now or since Pandemic started. I'm a graduate of a 2-year course majoring in Computer System Technician, which means I'm a well-versed computer user and internet enthusiast. I studied Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education at Bulacan State University, but only for a few semesters because I chose to be a mother. I have been working as a Virtual Assistant for over ten years now, doing administrative tasks, working in the customer service department, doing some research, and managing email accounts for my clients. Since I worked with many companies outside the Philippines via the internet, it helped me expand my knowledge about the English Language because it is our means of communication. I want to impart and share this knowledge with other non-English speaking kids to help them be more confident in expressing themselves in English. I have attended seminars and studied online tutorials to equip myself with proper knowledge about conducting online classes. I love kids, I like teaching kids, and I believe I have the patience to handle them. To mold kids to learn to love learning, ignite their minds to be more inquisitive, and not be afraid to explore new things is my ultimate goal.

My name is William Schimeck. I was born, raised, and educated in Canada. I graduated from the University of Alberta with a major in Social Sciences. After graduating, I worked as a caseworker or social worker for many years before deciding to change careers and become an English teacher in 1995. I lived and worked in South Korea from November 1995 until March 2007. During my time there, I taught at a private school, a high school, and a university. Additionally, I tutored students of all ages and backgrounds on a part-time basis. I also taught Business English to company employees in Seoul, Korea. In 2007, I moved back to Canada where I continued to teach English in a private language school in Vancouver. My students came from many different countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Korea, and China, as well as various European countries. While in Canada, I upgraded my qualifications and completed my TESL certification, teaching IELTS classes. In 2009, I moved back to Asia, specifically Thailand, where I currently reside. Since then, I have taught Business English in a company and to university students. Additionally, I have been actively teaching online for about a year. Nowadays, I am focused on improving my skills as an online teacher and freelance writer. I strive to have a productive relationship with my clients and ensure their satisfaction.
