I have taught English language and literary studies in the US and Hong Kong over the past 20 years. On top of vigorous training in College and Graduate School, my competence in the English language and various strands of the language arts have been strengthened through years of living and studying abroad. All these culminate in my professional insights into the needs of second language learners of English in Hong Kong. My specialties are English conversation (oral practice) and expository writing (academic English writing). I am also a veteran trainer in listening comprehension and reading comprehension. Last but not the least, I have immense interests in teaching English Literature from high school to the undergraduate level. I am an A level graduate currently waiting for results release. I am also working in a renowned English tuition as a curriculum writer. I have scored all A's for the subjects i teach in PSLE. During Sec 4, I have consistently scored A1s for English and E math and was one of the few who managed to score an A1 for english in school. I also took up higher chinese and eventually scored an A2 for o levels. To me, E math is a subject that I was bound to score and English was something that was relatively easy to study too. I enjoy reading Chinese in my leisure time as well which made me strong in both my languages.
