Hi! My name is Daniela. I live in Toronto, Ontario and I'm passionate about the English language and plethora of literature it has produced! I have expertise in literary history, dissecting those tricky Shakespeare plays and writing concise and powerful essays. I graduated from the University of Toronto in 2017 with an honours Bachelor of Arts specializing in English Literature, and will soon be starting a Master's degree to further enhance my skills as not only an academic, but a passionate fanatic of fiction, poetry and prose. Therefore it's important that we look after each other! I was introduced to the English language, in all its entirety and vastness, not through school but Spongebob Squarepants at the young age of 6. I quickly realized that my fascination with the language overshadowed my fascination with the cartoon series (which being the MASSIVE Spongebob fan I was, was surprising to say the least). I've been passionate about the language since and have been helping others witness and appreciate the role, prospects and virtues of a language as universal as English. Some practical information: I've been living in Amsterdam for the last 4 years and am currently a second year Media & Information student at the Universiteit van Amsterdam.
