My experience with mathematics goes a long way, spanning about 15 years of teaching it in various school settings. My name is Enyioma, and I am an experienced mathematics tutor. I enjoy teaching children and have ways of making my sessions interesting. For example, when I ask someone to solve a math problem, I typically discuss how that problem is encountered in everyday life. I also ensure that there is collaboration among students if they get stuck on specific problems. Sometimes, I begin the session with warm-up questions to gauge how efficiently students can solve math problems. These are basic math questions from different topics. When teaching a specific topic, I explain it visually with pen and paper, then demonstrate how to solve a question based on that topic. Finally, I ask students to solve similar questions the way I did. I began my tutoring journey in October 2024, when I volunteered as a Math tutor for Action Tutoring.
