I'm Rish, born and raised in London but looking to build a life in Asia.

I have worked for several years in financial services and have also been tutoring on and off since studying Economics at the prestigious London School of Economics.

I have lived in Thailand, Sri Lanka, and the majority of my life in London, UK.

I don't believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach to tutoring. My approach would differ in a group-based or individual setting.

The key is to maintain student engagement, and that requires both encouragement and, at times, straying outside the curriculum. This improves the chances of a student connecting with the material and gives the teacher options if there is a certain subject matter that is proving to be particularly challenging. Read less
