I have recently graduated as a chemical engineer from HKUST. I scored 5 A*s in my A Levels and was offered a full scholarship from HKUST. I have been teaching students for the last 5 years, and students have noticed at least one grade improvement following tutoring from me. I love to teach Mathematics, but my background and university courses allow me to teach Chemistry, Physics, Accounting, and Economics up to A levels as well. My main focus is for students to ask questions and learn to love the subject by exploring the applications of the subject. However, I also prepare the students to tackle exam questions properly by guiding them through mark schemes and helping them understand how they should structure their answers. Read less

There are two facets to my teaching methodology. One facet involves invoking curiosity by giving examples and helping students explore the applications of each topic or concept that we cover in class. The other facet focuses on improving students' ability to understand how the examiner wants them to tackle questions. I spend time with students going through examiner reports and teaching them tricks and tips to answer questions in a specific manner. Read less
