Hello, and welcome. I’m Karen, a TEFL-accredited Native English Speaker with expert command of Business English who is passionate about helping you succeed. Having acquired extensive communications experience from 15+ years in finance in London and Toronto – delivering sales pitches, speaking at client seminars, producing full and executive reports, presenting at Board meetings and chairing global committees – I am on a mission to help non-native speakers reach their full potential by elevating their English communication skills.

My greatest joy during my time in finance was coaching junior members of staff and guiding them to success, focusing on their communication skills, both written and oral. I have a proven track record of coaching employees to successful promotion.
