I am an experienced Maths teacher of 22 years. I currently work at a private girls school, where I teach Maths and Grade 6. I prefer to work with students online.

I have been involved in mathematics education for 40 years: 15 years as high school mathematics teacher and 25 years as university lecturer in mathematics education. I am based in Stellenbosch. I am passionate about mathematics and its teaching, and love to share this with students. My teaching approach is geared towards enabling students to understand and enjoy mathematics, to be problem solvers, rather than on rote learning and following procedures devoid of meaning.
