I’m Moon, a primary teacher with a background in English and Social Studies education. I support young learners in understanding Social Studies topics in a clear, engaging, and meaningful way. My lessons focus on helping students understand key concepts, improve their reading and comprehension skills, and develop the ability to think critically about topics such as history, geography, and society. I also support students in completing school assignments and preparing for assessments. I hold a Master of Science in Archaeology from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of British Columbia. I have a background in Speech Arts and hold a Grade 6 level Certificate from the Royal Conservatory (RCM). I firmly believe that learning is a voyage of discovery, enabling us to delve deeper into the mysteries of our world. I advocate for learning as a vital tool in navigating life's challenges. I am a well-trained educator specialized in Social Studies for GED students. I have been teaching social studies since I obtained a diploma in Federalism and Inclusive Governance, and I also have experience as a Youth Peace Ambassador. Furthermore, I earned a diploma in Educational Leadership, Pedagogy, and Technology from the University of Taxila in 2024. Currently, I am teaching GED social studies at an online international school where 20 percent of my students received the highest scores (200 out of 200) and 100 percent passed.
