Hi there! I'm Joseph, a passionate online English teacher from the Philippines. I've been teaching English for over 8 years, helping students from diverse countries and levels learn and enjoy the English language in a fun and meaningful way.

I'm a TESOL and TEFL certified ESL teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism majoring in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Over the years, I've worked with kids, teens, and adults, teaching grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, reading, conversation, and business English. I also use a variety of books such as Oxford Phonics, Let's Go, Wonder Skills, Power Up, and Rewrite, depending on my students' level and learning goals.

My classes are interactive, comfortable, and student-centered. I always make sure that students feel relaxed and confident while learning. I use different methods like Communicative, Task-Based, and PPP (Presentation, Practice, Production) to make lessons engaging and effective. For me, learning English should be fun, natural, and something students look forward to.

The best part of teaching for me is seeing my students become more confident and capable in using English. I'm patient, friendly, and supportive, and I always encourage my students to do their best and enjoy the learning process.

When I'm not teaching, I love playing the drums and guitar, cooking, walking with my dogs, going to the gym, and spending time outdoors. These hobbies keep me active, happy, and inspired — which I bring into every class I teach.
