Hi. I am Jan Leibovitz Alloy. Am an editor, writer, and tutor, working primarily with high school students on English, reading, and writing. I have also taught English and Interpersonal Communications at the college level. Have taught preschools as well and love to work one-on-one with students who love to learn. I have written two books, including a historical field guide to Michigan, and currently am editing short stories and a nonfiction book for publication.

I have experience teaching English to children and adults In Canada and overseas and am passionate about creative writing and reading. I have a Bachelors degree from the University of Victoria and have taught reading comprehension, creative writing, and academic writing to both children and adults.
