I am currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Dance BA (Hons) in the United Kingdom. I have been drawing and painting since I was young and have developed a strong passion over time. I previously studied A-Level Art and Design in secondary school, where we had the ability to paint, draw, and use a variety of other fun mediums to express our creativity. I am most confident in  painting and drawing still life with watercolours, oil paints, tonal drawings, and acrylic. With previous experience teaching young children, I will always ensure that the lesson is engaging, fun, as well as most importantly educational for the students.

My name is Ariele Ugne, a design student, endulging my time in drawing, painting, visual arts and design. After my graduation from art school, I started questioning traditional methods of teaching, as well as the usual, traditional ways of drawing, painting, trying to understand my own stance on what, why and how I want to communicate my mind through art. One of the most important things that I learned through the process of drawing, painting, sketching, is how to relax your body and mind to transfer your soul onto paper, canvas, how to let your curiosity, imagination intertwine with any kind of media. Therefore, i want to teach people how to translate rawness and generally how to translate what you want to communicate.

I have been teaching art for over 8 years, teaching in the UK, China, and Thailand. I have experience working with primary, secondary, and post-16 learners. Throughout my teaching career, my students have achieved success in GCSE, IGCSE, and A Level exams, and have received accolades such as 'Top in the World' from Cambridge International. The main subjects that I teach are Art and Design, Photography, and Digital Media and Design. I specialize in teaching drawing from observation using soft pastels, but I can also provide tutoring in other art forms based on your needs. Due to my schedule at an international school during weekdays, I am only available for tutoring sessions on weekday evenings (Monday to Friday) and weekends. Graduated Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Graphic Arts at a University in Manila. Since then I have been conducting art workshops for children ages 5 - 10 years old since 1986. My first job was as an art teacher in a preschool in Manila and had established art workshops called ArtReach - Freedom of Expression during summer school breaks. When I relocated to Cebu, Philippines year 1990, even with a stable job as a Sr. Product Designer for Export companies. I won 2 Katha Awards for my product designs in Manila and Cebu. But I still continued to teach art to children in different sectors of the Cebu community, in private or public schools, children with learning disabilities, and less fortunate children thru charity events. My goal is to make a difference in other people's lives by sharing my passion in the fields of Arts and Crafting as therapeutic and groom talented children to be the best with their talent. I am not just their mentor, but I can also be a good friend.
