My teaching efforts were exemplified by a physics student who, under my tutelage, rose from an abysmal grade of F to a dazzling B in his final examination. In addition, several of my students achieved the coveted A+ distinction in both E Mathematics and Additional Mathematics. Despite the demands of working full-time as an Engineer at a Japanese company, I embarked on a part-time degree program at the Nanyang Technological University and, with unwavering dedication and tenacity, earned a First Class Honour with the highest distinction and was named the Top Graduate Bechtel Book Prize with CGPA 4.9/5.0. Throughout my academic journey, I was consistently recognized on the Dean's List, a testament to my unwavering pursuit of excellence. As a home tutor for 5 years and a former elementary school teacher employed by the Ministry of Education, I am well-versed in teaching Mathematics and Science to secondary school students. I teach mainly GCSE and A-level maths. I do sometimes teach more advanced university maths, physics, and engineering but only after close consultation with student to ensure it is a close fit. I will also consider teaching younger pupils if I feel they will benefit. I was in the local newspaper recenlty for coaching a 10 year old to a grade 8 in maths. I teach from my home in Cleethorpes, at the puipls home and also online.

Greetings and salutations! I graduated from the Singapore University of Technology and Design with a Bachelor's in Product Engineering Design. After working at DSO National Laboratories as a research engineer, I worked in Japan as a teacher for 3 years. I am able to teach Math, Science, and English confidently to a Sec 4 level, as well as help with IB projects such as IA, EE, and Philosophy, as I have participated in the IB program and have previously coached students struggling in those departments.
