I'm Jasmin, a 27-year-old Mathematics tutor. I live in Woodstock, but I am willing to travel to teach. I have two degrees, one in economics, philosophy, and politics, and a second diploma in Teaching for Mathematics and History. I have tutored a grade 9 student previously, and we were able to elevate her mark to a passable rate in just two months together. I am passionate about pedagogy, learning how people learn, and I enjoy watching people problem solve in their unique ways. I am practising the art of guiding and facilitating someone in figuring out the answers and the ways to find an answer, rather than being completely directive. I want them to remember mathematics for years to come, and not just rote learn to pass an exam. My name is Erik Taylor. I am a native English speaker from America, currently living in Stuttgart, Germany. I have a BSC in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and an MSC in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Bio engineering at University of Stuttgart and Fraunhofer Institute.
