Excellent organisation and planning skills which provoke a highly motivated learning environment. I thrive off the challenge to endlessly improve attainment across the different sciences. If progress isn’t made by every individual, then it means there is still improvement I need to make as a teacher to ensure that every individual pupil makes progress. My teaching style will be adapted to the learning style of pupils. I believe setting long term targets for pupils to work towards can play a detrimental role in their progress. My teaching philosophy is based on helping pupils become active learners who will be given the skills to enhance their academic ability.
