Hi! I'm Carissa, and I am looking to teach students in English, Biology, Chemistry, and combined science. These were my favorite subjects in school, and I was awarded A/A* for all of them. I am currently in my fourth year of medical school and am very familiar with the subjects I am tutoring, as I am still studying them full-time for my degree. I also have experience teaching iGCSE science students and preschool children.

I firmly believe that learning is not always about the result - I firmly believe that if the subject is enjoyable for the student, good results will follow. I understand that chemistry might not be everyone’s favourite subject, but I hope to make it easier and more enjoyable. Leggi di meno

What does the student want to cover? The lesson can be aimed to 1) Target students' questions or 2) cover unfamiliar syllabus content if unsure.

I will determine whether the student is a visual, auditory, or text learner and adapt to that.
