There are two different ways to approach this - 1. to explain and give problems, and 2. to give problems and then explain according to students' understanding.

Use the real life example - sometimes i use my own experiences
I explain social ethics with the need of we need including the students who are learning with me. Let him/her ask the question "what do you expect from others?' as you expect you should be the same.
Make them understand that working alone harded than work together. in a team you can get support and many ides that you can not get alone.
I aks students to go companies' website and visit job fair to get real connection.
Repeat the example test at least twice. Follow the time fram.
Let them preare and present then point out the key where they need to develop and repeat the presentation again next day or next week.,
visit industries, shopping malls, and any business fair they can and make notes.
