I have a background in classical dance and choreography, and can offer including creative dance movement in therapy process.
I have held art/dance therapy sessions for individuals struggling with mental health issues and participated in the creation of a concert-ballet called "Angel's Dreams." This inclusive creative festival was designed for people with disabilities, and it allowed children and teenagers with mental disorders, including Down syndrome, to take part in classical music performances and adapted excerpts from classical ballets.

I always try to establish rapport, explore a person's current emotional condition, and tailor each session to their individual needs, helping channel one's emotions.
