I have been an educator for 20 years, teaching all my classes in English. I consider myself patient and possess a unique set of thinking methods for understanding and solving problems. I am willing to share relevant techniques and methods with students.

Personal Advantages:
I obtained a master's degree in management, majoring in marketing management, from Macquarie University Business School in Australia. I received scholarships from Lingnan University in Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Management Association to complete the Diploma in Administrative Management. Over the years, I have worked in various business organizations, holding leadership roles in human capital strategies, customized global talent development programs, job coaching, and consulting for business leaders in banking and non-banking financial institutions.

I have been invited by HRMagazine and TVB Pearl Money magazine to share talent development and employee engagement strategies. The Hong Kong Productivity Council also invited me as a speaker to discuss human resources trends. I have extensive experience in business personnel management, employee training, and youth teaching.

Additionally, I am recognized as a Senior Practitioner and Training Instructor by Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in the United States (NLP University). I hold a professional qualification as a hypnotherapist and instructor recognized by The American Board of Hypnotherapy.

During my middle school years, I had a passion for art and painting, participating in various competitions and exhibitions.
