I love teaching and learning Mathematics and Physics conceptually. I connect the dots by relating concepts in the textbook to real-life scenarios and use anecdotes and humor to solidify understanding. This is how I learned to study effectively in high school and students came to me for help (which was really fun!)

My concrete methods include going through exercises/past paper questions to find logical gaps in understanding. These could be foundational gaps that need to be addressed before any work can be done. I create notes with the student to fill these gaps and encourage them to ask questions and add to the notes. We then go through more questions to ensure that understanding is solidified.
