My approach to teaching key business concepts such as marketing, finance, accounting, and management focuses on simplifying complex theories through practical, real-world applications. I encourage students to analyze case studies and real-life examples to connect theory with practice. For marketing, I highlight consumer behavior and strategy. In finance and accounting, I focus on problem-solving with numbers, making it easy to understand key principles. In management, I teach leadership and decision-making skills through interactive discussions, role-playing, and problem-based learning. This ensures students not only grasp the concepts but also develop critical thinking skills essential for business success.
My approach to teaching Business Ethics and Social Responsibility emphasizes critical thinking and reflection on real-world dilemmas. I encourage students to analyze case studies of ethical issues in business and explore the impact of corporate decisions on society and the environment. Through discussions on topics like fair trade, environmental sustainability, and ethical leadership, I help students understand the importance of responsible business practices. To foster a sense of corporate social responsibility (CSR), I incorporate role-playing exercises, where students take on decision-making roles within a company, considering the social, ethical, and environmental consequences of their actions.
