I am an experienced statistics subject specialist with over 10 years of teaching experience residing in Montague Gardens, Cape Town. I am a holder of a degree in Statistics from the University of Zimbabwe and have taught various statistics modules at different universities. Currently, I am a subject specialist at Studiosity, an institution offering tuition to students at universities in Australia, South Africa, and Asia.

During my sessions, I aim to achieve the following in my students: Mathematical Reasoning — the ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem, and Deductive Reasoning — The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense. The methodologies used ensures the student attains a clear understanding of statistical terms and concepts, good analytical skills, and the ability to communicate results and findings to non-statisticians.

Statistics as a science subject requires students be hands-on and the use visuals and images make it easier to understand concepts. Learning is to be done through a discussion where students are to be able to express their ideas. In the discussion there is also incorporation of storytelling to make connections to real-world scenarios.
