I have lectured at local and overseas universities for over 12 years. Starting in 2008, I have also been tutoring students of different grades in Math, IT, and English.

Those students who have problems with mathematics are usually confused with the basics of various definitions and their purposes. They memorise equations or formulas that may not take them very far. Therefore, when studying math in senior grades, which require a profound knowledge of more basic topics, they run into trouble. Normally, it takes quite a while to bring those facing difficulties back to the proper level.

All in all, mathematics requires a full understanding of it. Once you get to know the basics, you will magically advance at an unbelievable speed. Some of my students have experienced this.
