I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2017 studying BSc Applied Psychology (Clinical) and received specific training in low-intensity cognitive behavioral therapy. I have registered as a member of BPS and a psychological wellbeing practitioner in BABCP. Currently, I am a postgraduate student at the City University of Hong Kong and studying Counselling.

Apart from my academic background, I also had different working experience in various clinical settings and volunteering experiences in school settings.
