I am passionate about education. I have 30 years of experience teaching in the online and classroom environment. I have taught high school and adult learners alike.

I am an experienced professional with a university degree in Management Science. My working experience at universities and various educational institutes have equipped me with a diverse background where I have much to offer. I have completed my degree from a public, well-reputed university with an outstanding CGPA (3.5). I have 10 years of teaching experience. I started my career as a Marketing Manager in a private firm and later landed as a Lecturer in a university. I have a deep desire for teaching and coaching. This is quite apparent from my vast experience in coaching and education. The courses that interest me include a broad field from marketing to management, consumer dynamics to logistics, advertising to sales and from basic communication to correspondence and report writing. My frequently offered courses include; English, Business English, Internal communication, Correspondence, and report writing. In addition to it, I have also worked as an ESL instructor at various institutes. After completing my EMI skill certificate (English as a medium of instructions) from Cambridge English Language Assessment and TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) I am equipped in addressing my lectures, tutorials, and presentations effectively. I have experience training corporate individuals, especially from the service sector. I am goal-oriented and enjoy working in teams. I can be a good match with your firm. I have the required skills to address large groups as well as small groups with not more than 10 participants. It is my goal to combine my range of experiences with my ability to be a compassionate, keen and intellectual individual who can make a positive contribution towards the growth of my students.

I am an experienced Math teacher. Ive been teaching Mathematics for 22 years in my country and one year here in Hong Kong.

I am born and raised in Cape Town I studied Psychology and Interpersonal Communication for 5 years. I am well spoken and believe in building lasting professional relationships. As an Instructor in Higher Education I have over 14 years of experience and still think of myself as a life-long learner. Also, I am more being cognitive of the skills acquired over the years are those that are transferable to other adult learners. It is important to have student’s mindset to engage in critical thinking, know the importance of excellent communication skills, and how these foundations are needed to achieve personal and professional goals in life. I hold an Honours Degree in Psychology, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Anthropology and Psychology, having graduated the former while working full time at the University of Cape Town. I am currently studying towards a Post Graduate Diploma in Tertiary Education. Given my study history as well as my involvement and management of a range of commercial and voluntary projects, I am always looking to interact with individuals and groups aware that in an ever-changing society, sustainable impact and change is the best way to make a contribution to others. I am passionate about English comprehension and literature as well as Life Skills and Social Science and would love to share both my knowledge and enthusiasm through tutoring sessions.
