I am Ilke. I offer English and Turkish lessons in Amstelveen and Amsterdam. I received international education in English. I graduated from the International School of Amsterdam and Leiden University (International Psychology).

I am an English teacher on the EdB NET scheme, and I have taught English for 7 years in Hong Kong. My primary goal as a language instructor is to help my students become confident in expressing themselves accurately, efficiently, and elegantly, and to appreciate the minute details in others' expressions. Whether it is through oral, written, or multiple media of communication, both language interpretation and expression demand a sensitivity to language. Once this sensitivity is built up, your confidence in using language improves drastically, which in turn makes you a more confident person overall!
