Creative hour of education The basic of English language For everyone who wants to speak clear English for people who are new in the town

My name is Aketch Joy Winnie In our lessons, you can call me Tr. Joy. I live in Capetown(Greenpoint) that is western cape I hold a Bachelors degree of arts in education with English and Literature at one of the most recognised university My teaching subject is English and also literature in English. I have a two-year teaching experience which ranges from primary school to university(els) My classes are experimental, open and greatly interactive My classes go between learner-centered and teacher-centered in a line teaching atmosphere. My procedure supports the different range of learners that is audio learners, visual learners, audio-visual learners, etc N.b I also teach creative arts those are music, dance and drama to kindergarten, primary school students and secondary school, students.

Having graduated from NUS with a degree in English Literature (Hons) in 2016, I have been tutoring for three years full-time (five years as an undergraduate part-time). On average, my students have improved by two grades. I only provide tuition on a pay-per-lesson basis. I am typically described as a highly energetic and motivated tutor who will source useful teaching materials and ensure that students genuinely engage in class, instead of being spoon-fed. Although I am not professionally trained by the government (not MOE-trained), I consider myself a serious and goal-oriented tutor. I personally believe that education should not simply be about attaining straight As, although that is definitely crucial. It is also about viewing the world through an insightful lens, which is what literature can do. Education is about cultivating critical and independent thinking and encouraging students to find their own voice.

My name is Rose and I am a native English tutor. I am a Year 4 undergraduate student at The University of Hong Kong pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Previously, I completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma. I started teaching English as a volunteer teacher at SpeakHub HK back in 2018. In this role, I primarily focused on helping primary students (Grade 3-4) from local schools develop speaking proficiency and confidence. In 2022, I started tutoring secondary school students (Grade 6-7) enrolled in IBMYP and similar curriculums. These students had varied goals, such as improving creative writing and expanding their English vocabulary. I am available for online or in-person English tutoring (preferably on HK Island). My hourly rate is negotiable and can be adjusted based on the individual learning needs and goals of the student.

My name is Anawe Tsibani, and I am currently a second-year student at the University of Pretoria, where I am studying towards a Bachelor of Education degree. My name is Mrs. Marica Chan, and I have taught English as a native English teacher (NET) in HK primary and secondary schools for all areas of English, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and phonics. I have experience with DSE, DSS, ESF, and international (IB, IGCSE, GCEAL) syllabus/curriculum for over 12 years, in addition to 8 years of tutoring which includes preparation for external international English exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and CAMBRIDGE. I specialize in speech training, including public speaking, debate, and interviews. I have also worked as a psychotherapist and counselor in Canada, focusing on childhood education and development. Furthermore, I am able to provide tips for other subjects, as half of my current tutorial students' parents are school teachers.
