Hello, my name is Pooya! I was born in Teharn and am currently graduated from Concordia University in Building Engieering, and hold two Bachelors of Science with honours in physics and Mechanical Engineering from the Amirkabir University of Technology. Hello my name is Deanna Hardy. I was born and raised in Oshawa but now reside in Courtice with my husband and two teenaged sons. I received my Bachelor of Education Degree from Nipissing University and my Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Biology from Queen's University. I have been a supply teacher with the Durham District School Board for the past 19 years. My favourite subjects to teach are Mathematics and Science but I have taught all subjects in the curriculum. I am a very patient and experienced educator who loves to see her students succeed. There is nothing better than seeing that "Aha! Moment" on someone's face when they understand what is being taught to them.

Hello. I graduated from Pennsylvania State University in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. During my undergraduate career, I tutored fellow students in a variety of maths. Upon graduating, I continued to tutor a bariety of math at a local community college until I was able to get my first full time job. Unfortunately, I did not have the time to continue tutoring, but I maintained a love for teaching and training and I always offered to teach and train fellow employees. I have recently obtained a new job which allows me more free time to get back into tutoring as I did enjoy the challenge of teaching such a universally difficult subject. I love math and I am looking into retaking the GRE exams so that I may attend graduate school. I think LearnPick would be a great place to start. I teach all math from elementary school math to pre calculus. I would love to tutor calculus again after some breif relearning. I reside in New York City and would love to either online tutor or tutor in person. I believe in person tutoring is more effective, but online tutoring provides the opportunity to students with busy afterschool schedules. I am currently studying chemical engineering at UCL and studied mathematics, physics, and chemistry at A level (achieving A*AA grades). My experience of studying maths and sciences has to lead me to experiment with learning techniques and develop effective ways to be successful in such subjects.
