Hello! My name is Matt, and I'm originally from Pennsylvania in the United States. I've been teaching high school in various countries for the past 10 years, primarily at American International Schools. I've taught in both the American curriculum and the IB program, including at the AP and DP levels. Currently, I am living in Bangkok and would be thrilled to assist you in deepening your understanding of the math being taught in any middle/high school class.

Sometimes the easiest explanations are the simplest ones and a tutors talent lies in simplifying it. That being said I am Athulya Thilakan, a masters student in advanced and computational mathematics at T U Chemnitz. Here I am also one of the teaching assistants to the course Mathematics of big Data and investment Banking. I recently finished my masters degree in mathematics and have more than 4+ years as a tutor. I have helped more than 200 students with their studies throughout my career. But that does not make me better than others. What sets me apart is the fact that, I am conident the time I spend with students will not be a time for me to showcase my knowledge but rather for the pupil to create, increase and apply his. I have the patience, motivation and capcity to make learning fun.

I graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering in 2019. I then finished my Master's in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Waterloo. I have been teaching Math and Physics to students since 2015.
