Since completing my PGCE at the University of Manchester in 2012, I worked in a Primary school for over 3 years which equipped me with a wealth of experience as a Good to Outstanding Class Teacher and also as a Subject Leader for Science and PE. I have also spent time as a Supply Teacher which enabled me to spend time with my family when needed but also gave me invaluable experience across all Primary year groups in a diverse range of schools. My teaching style is to create a positive and dynamic learning environment that enables children to thrive and succeed at what they do. I am experienced in SATs and 11+ examination preparation. My passions are Maths and SPAG. The children I teach make excellent progress and this is reflected in my consistently good results in the classroom.

I have studied Chemical and Nuclear Engineering at Imperial College London. My A level grades are A* A* A A (Maths, Physics, Further Maths, Chemistry). I am passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. My teaching involves engaging the students with the subject and have fun. You can learn faster and more efficiently if you enjoy the process. I tutor high school mathematics in the northern suburbs of Johannesburg. I'm based in Sandton but I'm super flexible and I can travel all around the North of Joburg. My name is Ibrahim Kallon, I graduated with my Bachelors in Electronics Engineering from Fitchburg State University in May 2017. In addition to that, I recently earned my MBA from Fitchburg State University in May 2019. I have over three years of experience tutoring math (Basic math, algebra, precalculus, calculus, etc.) at Fitchburg State University. I tutored students aged 17 to 65 years old. In addition to that, I also tutored students that had disability with math - and they were some of the most intelligent people I've met in my life - seriously! My style of tutoring is quite different from the classroom; instead of giving my students the answer to a particular math problem, I assist and guide them to figuring out the answer on their own.

I am a high school graduate entering the University of Waterloo this fall for their Honours Biomedical Engineering Program. I have received multiple distinctions on a national level for math competitions including 2nd in Canada for the Canadian Math Kangaroo Contest. Furthermore, I have completed gr.12 AP physics with one of the highest marks in my class. With regards to experience, I have been an assistant teacher (gr.1-10) at Spirit of Math Schools for four years and have volunteered as a Math Senior Scholar at my school.

I have a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Florida. I was in the Ph.D. program for Biomedical Engineering at Virginia Commonwealth University for a year when I decided to take a break. During my time in the Ph.D. program, I served as a Teaching Assistant for a Biomaterials class. Now, I have decided to utilize my expertise in math and science to assist others in learning and comprehending these fascinating subjects.

I live in Bethnal Green and can teach maths and science at all grades up to A-level. I'm a PhD student in physics who has just returned from studying in Japan. My enthusiasm for science and mathematics has taken me all over the world and it's something I try to pass on to my students. A large part of learning any subject is feeling confident enough to teach it to others, and it's an approach I've followed throughout my academic career. I run a Youtube channel, STEMcell, for which I produce fun, educational videos. I'm always challenging myself to create engaging content and present difficult ideas in new and relatable ways. The videos I create are an extension of the outreach work I did in Japan, including judging at local science competitions and presenting at university open days. I also have experience teaching introductory mathematics to begin PhD students.

Having completed my 3rd year of my integrated Masters in Physics at the University of Manchester, I'm looking to tutor Maths or Physics to engaged students. With a couple of years of tutoring under my belt, I'm happy to travel around Greater Manchester to tutor.
