Hello everyone! My name is Janice Chan. I’m a 18 year old graduating from South Island School. I have previously studied in St. Paul’s Convent School and Kincoppal School in Sydney. I am a grade 8 student in piano. I am also fluent in cantonese, mandarin and I can speak english. I have finished the IBDP course where I’m taking HL physics, chinese and math and SL economic, English literature and chemistry and got a predicted grade of 39/45. I have the skills to teach kids and have experience in teaching kids cantonese, mandarin and the piano.

I am a computer science and biology major with lots of experience teaching young students Maths, English, and Science. I am located in Hong Kong Island and am available for online tutoring sessions as well.

I am a graduate of the Department of Mathematics of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. I obtained an 8A score (top 0.1% in Hong Kong) in HKCEE, which is equivalent to IGCSE grade 9 or above, and I enrolled at the university through an early admission scheme. I have more than ten years of full-time tutoring experience. I am very familiar with all Mathematics and Science courses such as the DSE, IB, IGCSE and GCE (IAL) syllabus. I have taught hundreds of students from different local and international schools, and I also have the experience for teaching students from UK, US, Canada, Australia and China online. Most of my students have made significant progress, with many of them achieved an A(5*) or above in public examinations. I am patient, good at explaining abstract concepts and improving students' problem-solving ability. I can provide a lot of notes and exercises. I am Nelson, a student at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, specializing in traditional English and Chinese in Yuen Long. Currently, I work as a full-time private tutor, focusing primarily on mathematics, biology, Chinese, and physics for primary and middle school students. I have over twelve years of experience providing academic support for primary school students and five years of experience tutoring middle school students. Through my guidance, students have witnessed a significant improvement in their academic scores.
