Hi, I'm Miss Wong, also known as Mrs Rakhra. I'm an experienced and passionate mathematics tutor based in Hong Kong. I have been teaching maths since 2009, focusing mainly on secondary and high school maths, both the Hong Kong local and international school syllabuses. I help students prepare for their maths exams in GCSE, IGCSE, IB, A Level and HKDSE. Hello, my name is Roisin. I am a qualified secondary Mathematics teacher with over two years of experience in online tutoring. In addition to my Maths PGCE, I have a first-class Psychology degree from a Russell Group University and currently work as a Research Assistant. My degree in Psychology means that I have a broad knowledge of how learning occurs and methods to promote deeper understanding and long-term retention of information. I tutor for multiple companies and have helped many long-term and short-term students significantly improve their confidence and grades. My core belief when tutoring is that everyone can achieve; it's just the process that differs. Therefore, I like to differentiate my sessions for each student so that they work best for each individual learning style.
