My name is Erik Taylor. I am a native English speaker from America, currently living in Stuttgart, Germany. I have a BSc in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT and an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from Imperial College London. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Bioengineering at University of Stuttgart and Fraunhofer Institute. I have 5+ years experience in tutoring for all grade levels, as well as teaching experience at a High School and University level. I have expertise in a wide range of math subjects, general science, physics, chemistry, biology, and English language. I also speak German at a conversational level. I also provide tutoring services for English language exams and admission exams for students interested in studying abroad, such as the SAT and ACT standardized tests for American universities.

I teach English Reading Writing, Maths, Language Arts, Phonics. My philosophy is based on the idea that learning happens in an environment of mutual respect in which the student is to think and make new connections for themselves.

Hi! I'm a Psychology student based in Saar, currently in my second year. I have taken numerous external examinations such as IELTS, TOEFL, CAIE exams (A-Levels), SAT, etc., and I would now like to help others prepare adequately for these same exams. I have experience tutoring high schoolers, university students, and even younger children.

My specialisation lies within understanding each student, their learning capabilities, their style of understanding and how best to increase their love of the English language. I have not only successfully prepped children into school through interview training, I have also seen the delight of parents as their child sky rocket in their English understanding. It is my passion to see students grow in confidence through their newfound joy of English studies. I am applying with Impact Language because I am interested to expand my repertoire of teaching to adult students. I believe my in-depth understanding of the Western workplace could greatly benefit students, I am also astute in interview training.
