My name is Melissa and I’m from Cambridge in the U.K. I have over 10 years of teaching experience, 7 of those in the Hong Kong school system as well as 5 years of private tutoring in Hong Kong! I have experience teaching phonics, reading, conversational English, grammar and writing. My professional life I have a Construction Management Degree and had previously run a medium-sized construction company, carrying out building projects of all sizes, as well as managing Building Loss claims for a multitude of different Insurance companies. I spent several terms as a politician in the UK, helping people with a variety of issues from Housing to Social Care. I have now been living and teaching in Asia for over 10 years.
