Hello all! I'm an English tutor with 5 years of combined experience teaching learners of all ages. I began teaching English as a Second Language in the United States while finishing my Biology degree at the University of Colorado. After graduation, I started teaching English courses at Theodore International School and later moved to Bangkok, where I taught at Australian International School. I primarily covered Secondary IGCSE Chemistry, Physics, and Biology courses but continued working as a private Math and English tutor in my free time. I currently work as a freelance Data Analyst with a focus on E-commerce and blockchain technology. Learning English doesn't have to be painful! My primary goal is always to ensure that my students are interested and engaged. I use reading materials based on my students' interests and select writing assignments that encourage critical thinking and the application of new vocabulary and grammar concepts. My daughter now lives in Darwin and works as a midwife at the hospital in Darwin. I also publish and market a range of phonics books (FootStep Phonics) and a range of comprehension books (Let's Read, Think & Write) through a publishing house that I am involved in with my ex-wife who is the author of the books.

Hello, my name is Teacher Paul. I come from England and have been teaching in Thailand for over 10 years. I am married to a Thai national, and we have a bilingual son. We live in Khon Kaen. I am from Yorkshire, a county in the north of England known for its Roman and Viking heritage. At 18, I moved to Warwick in the heart of England to study Physics. Then, I moved even further south, to London. During my PhD in Geoscience in London, I started tutoring science privately. After completing my PhD, I lectured for 1 year at University College London. In 2020, I moved to Potsdam, where I spent 2 years as a researcher at the Deutsches GeoForschungsZentrum GFZ. In 2023, I began to return to teaching. Currently, I teach English and Yoga in Potsdam.
