My name is Namdi O. I have tutored a variety of subjects with excellent results. I offer tutoring services for English, Maths (up to GCSE level), Science, Chemistry (up to GCSE level), Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning for Pre 11plus to grammar and independent secondary school level. I obtained a degree in Industrial Chemistry and a Masters degree in Business Information Technology. I have two lovely daughters, which has given me firsthand experience with school exams and different learning styles, allowing me to tailor my approach accordingly. I am available preferably in the early evenings or early Saturdays. After conducting a spot test to understand their specific learning needs, I will work with children and parents to develop a personalized learning plan. I take a practical approach to your child's learning, using real-world examples to reinforce understanding. I am patient, approachable, and focused on building the child's confidence in their chosen subject. Math can be challenging, but breaking it down into manageable pieces is key to helping the child gain confidence in their abilities.

My name is Noa Lessing. I am a 19-year-old who has a passion for English and wants to share and help that passion grow within others.

I am Nahmo, and this is my fourth year in the teaching profession. I specialize in teaching phonics and all four strands of language: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. My lessons are designed to be engaging and fun, incorporating games and activities to avoid monotony. I create lesson plans that are tailored to each child's interests and needs, ensuring that they are not ordinary lessons. Every lesson aims to improve the child's competency in learning and comprehension. Therefore, I invite you to join me and let's grow together.

While I am currently a teaching fellow instructing both English and Writing at Queens College, CUNY, I find personal tutoring sessions are often the most productive way to engage students and increase their capabilities and productiveness. I have tutored and provided one-on-one instruction to a wide age, language, and skill range of students for over ten years, first in the University of Texas system and now in New York.

I have taught English for almost 9 years and I am trained with the communicative teaching method, a method that I am eager and excited to share and that will help engage every student to participate in practical, interactive and student-centered activities. I designed my lessons creatively so the students can work in pairs and in groups as well as moving around the classroom and to carefully integrate these lessons to speaking, grammar, listening, reading and writing and to technology, a very stimulating tool for learning. Thus, I allowed my students to experience real communication in the classroom to improve their accuracy and fluency despite the language barrier. Having worked abroad, I understand both the cultural differences and challenge each individual can encounter. In my classes, I’ve always encouraged my students to be open to new challenges such as embracing and learning a new language and culture to deepen their global awareness and to also compete internationally.

Hey guys! I am Joseph Lee Wah or Mr. Lee Wah for short! I graduated with my BCS concentrating in English Literature so if you’re looking for someone to help you with your writing and comprehension skills then feel free to call on me! I myself am a starting out writer, currently working on my first book the Atlas Connector! I’ll be sure to give you an inside scoop of my work!
