I’m a mother of a 13 yr old , she’s in the 7th grade and I believe the fundamentals of education is important as long as the tutor/teacher is understanding to diverse situations both learning and how students live.

I have worked in education for over 17 years. I am experienced in private tutoring from elementary through high school and college. I work with varying abilities, such as gifted and talented, special education, emotionally troubled, homebound, and autistic populations. I have online and in person experience tutoring in English Language Arts-reading, writing, comprehension, fiction and non -fiction study from kindergarten through college, SAT/ACT verbal and written, as well as American and world history. I provide instruction in College Humanities subjects.

Empowering students to steer destiny in the direction of their choice is a challenge as an educator. Since teaching is an art, I consider my instructional philosophy to be "versatility in motion" because learning styles and progress vary accordingly.
