Born and raised in the vibrant city of Port Elizabeth, my love for music has always been a driving force in my life. From an early age, I discovered my true passion for singing and it has become an integral part of my identity. This led me to pursue a higher education at the prestigious University of Pretoria, where I further honed my musical skills and developed a deep understanding of teaching. I recently found myself in the bustling streets of South Korea, fully immersed in the rich culture that surrounded me. As my time there has drawn to a close, I am thrilled to be back in South Africa. What drives me the most as a teacher is my unwavering passion for students and their growth, both academically and personally. I firmly believe in empowering my students and making classroom concepts practical and relevant to their lives. As a young and relatable teacher, I strive to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. I am based in Centurion however I do offer online classes as well.

I have been teaching since 2011, at both private and public schools. I have obtained interpersonal and planning skills through communication with parents regarding their children’s progress, as well as planning lessons for students by considering their individual needs, interests, assessments, and observations. Regarding my assessing skills, I have developed them through evaluating students using various methods and providing constructive feedback. I have also developed flexibility by adjusting lesson sequences based on observations of students’ behaviours, having backup plans, and considering feedback from students. I am always enthusiastic because teachers' enthusiasm can motivate students to learn and spark their interests. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed. I always strive to identify their strengths and interests, which helps me in planning lessons. I highly value my teaching career as teachers have a significant impact on future generations who will shape our society. Therefore, I believe teachers should educate students about morality and the importance of having the right attitude, which will ultimately lead them to success.
