I am based in Sea Point, Cape Town, and offer both online and in-person lessons. I am a patient and kind person who genuinely loves helping and teaching others. With 3 years of experience working with children from all around the world, I understand the unique challenges that come with learning a new language. Afrikaans can be tricky to learn or refine, but my goal is to create a supportive, fun, and encouraging environment where you feel confident every step of the way.

I am in my first year of studying psychology and counseling. In our first year, we focus a lot on children and their development throughout the years. I taught children of various ages for roughly 2 years and enjoyed it immensely. I am an energetic individual with the ability to make learning fun.

I am a 25-year-old woman who studied at the University of Pretoria. I am currently in the process of completing my Honours degree in Special Needs. I am very passionate about learners; each of them has a special place in my heart. In a classroom, I try my utmost best to ensure all learners understand the lessons by using different learning styles. I am someone who is very creative, and I can assure you that I will always do my best in any situation. Hi! If you're at all interested in history, literature, music, philosophy, or human culture, you will have noticed the the language and cultural heritage of the Greek and Roman civilisations played a central role in the shaping of our modern world, and continue to do so. I have a BA in Classics (Greek & Latin) from King's College London and an MA in Late Antique & Byzantine Studies from the same place. I have twenty years of experience teaching Classical Greek and Latin to beginning and intermediate students, and would love to start you on your learning journey. Whether your interests are in the secular or sacred sphere, classical or mediaeval periods, we can tailor the target reading material. While I am based in the North, location isn't usually a problem (unless you live on Jurong Island, Tuas, or Loyang) - we can meet at your home, my home, any coffee place, or even a HDB void deck.
