Since completing my PGCE at the University of Manchester in 2012, I worked in a Primary school for over 3 years which equipped me with a wealth of experience as a Good to Outstanding Class Teacher and also as a Subject Leader for Science and PE. I have also spent time as a Supply Teacher which enabled me to spend time with my family when needed but also gave me invaluable experience across all Primary year groups in a diverse range of schools. My teaching style is to create a positive and dynamic learning environment that enables children to thrive and succeed at what they do. I am experienced in SATs and 11+ examination preparation. My passions are Maths and SPAG. The children I teach make excellent progress and this is reflected in my consistently good results in the classroom.

Hello! I live in Southeast Ohio and tutor students mainly in Mathematics and Biology. However, if necessary, I can tutor other various subjects as well. I am an undergraduate student in CUNY Queens College, majoring in Psychology and pursuing a Medical Doctorate Degree. My specialty specifically lies in the fields of Abnormal Psychology, Psychopharmacology, and Clinical Psychology. I will complete my degree by Fall 2019. I primarily tutor primary and secondary level Psychology, Algebra, Biology, General and Organic Chemistry, and occasionally History. I cater my approach at a conceptual level. This way, students don't just memorize details, but actually understand the concepts. In my experience, the more the students can understand a concept, the better they can perform and eventually grow love for the subject.
