I have been an on-site and online private tutor for over 15 years, tutoring mathematics, physics, and computer science subjects from secondary to graduate level. Hello! I'm Pat, a current Astronomy MSc student at Leiden University. I received my BS in Astronomy and Physics from the University of Washington in 2023 and have been tutoring online ever since. I thoroughly enjoy helping students succeed in what are often viewed as unnecessarily difficult introductory physics courses. Through personal experience and feedback from students, these classes are not typically taught in the most effective way. I'm an astrophysicist by vocation, but currently, I work as a full-time software architect and a part-time STEM tutor. I've been tutoring students for the past 8 years, from grade 1 all the way up to 3rd-year uni students.
