Hello! My name is Peyton and I graduated from the University of Toronto in 2020. I started tutoring for university level Calculus and Linear Algebra in 2017 and I became a Teaching Assistant (TA) at the University of Toronto in 2018. I have worked/am currently working as a TA in three departments at U of T - Mathematics, Statistics, and Management. I taught 8 courses in the span of 2 years across 3 departments. The courses that I taught at U of T are as follows: - Linear Algebra I (MAT223) - Calculus for Life Sciences (MAT134) - Calculus and Linear Algebra for Commerce (MAT133) - Introduction to Applied Statistics (STA258) - Statistics with Applied Probability (STA215) - Introduction to Probability and Modelling (STA107) - Operations Management (MGT374) - Analysis for Decisions and Control (MGM301) I received positive feedbacks from students throughout the years and I am very confident in my teaching experience. I customize the materials for my students based on their needs and goals; I also use a lot of examples that textbooks might not mention (but crucial for consolidating concepts) to explain. I also have several test banks and I can provide a large amount of extra practices to my students. I believe learning is a life-long endeavor. I earned my bachelor's degree in business administration and my first master's degree in finance in Europe. After that, I owned multiple businesses and learned first-hand how all of the theories and methods work in real life. I missed academia, so six years ago I chose to continue my education and completed my second master's degree in economics.

Mathematics And Accounting Are Subjects That I Am Really Dedicated To And Interested In. I Have Always Tried To Identify New Methods To Do, Learn, Practice, And Teach Them For Me And For Others. Numbers May Not Be Favorite Or Interesting For Everyone, But What I Am Trying To Sort Out Is To Help And Support Students Who Are Facing Difficulties With These Subjects.I Am Currently Providing Private Tutoring To Year 11 And 12 Students For Mathematics As Well As Accounting.
